IS THIS YOU?
You're training hard.
But you're not getting
the results you deserve.
The missing piece isn’t effort — it’s a systematic approach built around your body, your goals, and your life.
You've tried programs off the internet but nothing sticks — because they weren't built for you.
Your lifts have stalled and you don't know why or how to break through.
You're picking up niggles and injuries from training without structure or balance.
You waste time in the gym second-guessing your exercise selection, sets, and reps.
You know you're capable of more — you just need the right person in your corner.
THE APPROACH
Coaching Built on Method.
Not Guesswork.
Every program I write is grounded in over a decade of applied coaching across powerlifting, strongman, natural bodybuilding, and Highland Games. Systematic. Measurable. Built around your unique structure.
LOCAL ACCESS
Training Frankston Athletes at Carrum Downs
Network Drive in Carrum Downs is a 10-minute drive from central Frankston via Cranbourne Road or the Frankston Freeway. Free off-street parking on site, no time limits, no traffic to navigate at peak hours.
Most Frankston-based clients train weekday mornings or evenings — the drive sits outside the worst of the commuter window in both directions. The gym itself is private, fully equipped for serious strength work, and a different environment to the chain gyms operating across Frankston, Karingal, and Frankston South.
If you’ve outgrown what your local Frankston gym offers — or you’ve been programming for yourself for years and want a system instead of a guess — the drive is worth it.
Structural Balance
Identify your body's imbalances first. Every program is built around your unique ratios — not a generic template.
Progressive Overload
Accumulation and intensification phases are strategically sequenced to drive adaptation without burning you out.
Measurable Outcomes
Clear metrics. Defined goals. You always know where you're going and exactly how we're getting there.
