Common Questions

What happens on the free call?
We discuss your coaching background, challenges with program design, and goals for the next twelve months. I explain the mentorship and answer your questions. If we're a good fit, we discuss next steps. If not, you still get value from the conversation.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
Full payment is required upfront. No refunds once the mentorship begins. The free call exists specifically to ensure the fit is right before you commit. Most coaches see transformative results within the first month.
Can I start immediately?
No. The mentorship runs in cohorts on a set schedule. After your call, you'll be placed in the next available cohort (typically one to four weeks depending on current spots). The exact start date will be confirmed during your call.
What if I'm in a different country?
Coaches from anywhere are welcome. Time zones are not an issue — sessions are scheduled to suit your location. Whether you're in Australia, Europe, North America, or Asia, we make it work.
Do I get materials before starting?
Yes. Once you enrol, you'll receive a welcome packet with pre-reading materials, curriculum background, and guidance on preparing for Week 1. You'll also be added to a private community with your cohort.
