COACH DALE HANSFORD / PERSONAL TRAINING

Thanks for your enquiry.
Here is how coaching works.

One-to-one strength coaching. A complete training plan. Support and review around the work.

I’ll contact you by SMS to arrange a call. In the meantime, this guide explains the service, your options and what happens next.

01 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Built around you.

You might be new to strength training, returning after time away, or ready for a more considered approach.

Understand the person

We discuss your goals, training history, current ability and weekly schedule. Assessment helps establish a useful starting point.

Write the plan

I select exercises and plan the workload, loading and progression around what you can do and consistently commit to.

Coach and review

You receive technique feedback in person. We record the work, review your response and adjust the next stage of training.

02 / YOUR COMPLETE PROGRAM

Know what to do between sessions.

Your independent sessions are written in the same detail as the sessions I coach in person.

  • Exercise and order: the movements you perform and their sequence.
  • Sets and repetitions: how much work to do.
  • Loading: the weight or loading instructions for the work.
  • Tempo: how to perform each repetition, including lowering and pauses.
  • Rest: how long to recover between sets or exercises.
  • Progression: what changes as you improve, and when the plan needs reviewing.

03 / WHAT IS INCLUDED

Your training

12-week minimum.
Minimum total: A$1,800.

A$280 / week

Two 60-minute coached sessions each week.

12-week minimum.
Minimum total: A$3,360.

All prices are in Australian dollars. We discuss which arrangement fits your needs and availability before you decide.

05 / WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We’ll discuss your training.

A time arranged by SMS

I’ll text you to arrange a call. We can discuss your goals, availability and the coaching options.

An in-person visit, if useful

If appropriate, we arrange a consultation. The purpose, venue, duration and any fee are agreed before booking.

Before we speak

Think about your main training goal, the days you can train and any questions about coaching, the program, nutrition or pricing.

Once we agree the arrangement, we confirm your start and the information needed to prepare your coaching.

Looked through the guide?

Let me know you’ve reviewed the coaching information before our call. This is optional and does not book an appointment or commit you to coaching.

When you use your personal guide link, we record page access, reading activity and any review confirmation against your enquiry so we can avoid unnecessary reminders. These signals do not prove that every word has been read.
