Discovery Call

The Program Design Mentorship

Before we speak, here is exactly what the mentorship is — and what the call itself involves.

The mentorship, in short

Eight weeks, one-on-one. Eight 90-minute video sessions, built around your clients and the programming you are doing right now. You learn the complete program design decision system — exercise selection, loading, tempo, sets, rest, and periodisation — and how those variables interact to produce a result, rather than sitting in isolation as half-remembered rules.

What it changes

Most coaches program by assembling parts: a rep scheme here, a loading method there, a periodisation model borrowed from someone else. The mentorship replaces that with a single reasoning system, so every decision in a program connects to the one before it and to the goal it serves. You stop guessing why a block worked, because you built it deliberately.

Why one-on-one

This is not a course you watch. Every session is spent on your clients, your gaps, and your questions, which is why it moves faster than any recorded program and why what you learn is usable the same week.

Investment

$1,500 AUD for the full eight weeks. You get 1-1 calls with me, educational resources, and every week, case studies, quizes and revision.

About this call

The call is free and takes around 30-60 minutes, by video or phone. We look at where your programming is now, I show you the gap most likely holding your results back, and we map out how the eight weeks would close it. If it is the right fit, we get you started. If it is not, I will tell you.
